Construction Manager with more than 30 years experience in Commercial, Civil, and Residential Construction. Strong knowledge of Project Management, Construction Drawings & Methods, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Contract Negotiation. Adept at engaging and leading construction teams to exceed expectations while maintaining high standards. Experienced in all aspects of the Construction Site, with the ability to provide advice and guidance related to the methodology, safety, and constructibility of the project.

- Red Seal Master Carpenter, Commercial/Civil Site Superintendent
- First Aid – Level C CPR/AED
